Lately, there has been some pretty awesome CC furniture coming out. I've never been too big into CC furniture but some of these are just irresistible. Using the knowledge obtained from my home decor mag internship, let me give you my unprofessional lowdown on the goods.


IRL, this might be kind of cheap looking and sore on the back, but for sims, it's pretty nice. Of course, you can't open the rest of the table out for guests but it adds that touch of realism to your game. Get it here.



Just admit it, these shelves are sexy and you want them for your real home. Ah, just imagine the storage capabilities. But for the sims, it'll give you that family feel. You know, the one they try to create in Ikea catalogues. (No hate on Ikea though, you can't touch some of their awesome pieces.) Find it here, if you can figure it out. I sure can't.

Peggy horror countdown

Over the past month, Peggy has been disappointing. I know, many of you are thinking "When has Peggy not been disappointing?" Some of her hairs in the past haven't been too shabby but this November, everything came crashing down. Let's countdown some of the worst Peggy hairs of November.

Number 5: The bad bob



So it's not as terrible as it could be. It is a bit pouffy, it is a bit lumpy, though it wouldn't be a surprise to see this style on the street. But hasn't the bob already been done a dozen times and better? Even by Peggy herself?

Number 4: Rockin' & rollin' too hard



We've probably seen this one in real life too, but it's just a bit too much like a scruffy dog. Choppy layers can be nice, but this is not how it's done.

Number 3: The mess-up



Remember that time you went to the hairdresser with a print-out of the exact hairstyle you wanted but ended up with a complete hack job, literally? That's just what this is. It's like the hairdresser began layering the top and got lazy halfway.

Number 2: Shifted wig



Oops, looks like her wig just slipped forward! Adjust your Dolly Parton rug, ASAP!

Number 1: The WTF



Uneven, stray hairs and just plain sloppy. But if you want your sim to have bedhead with split-ends, not to mention the worst haircut of her life, we've got just what you're looking for...

So... I'm not sure what to do. I'm in the preliminary round for Berry Sweet cycle 2. I really wanted to get it and now I'm in. But I'm banned. And the problem is that I don't even know for how long. I mean, probably not for more than a week. If it's a week then I should be back on Saturday, which would be in enough time to submit a pic for round 1 if I made it to the Sweet 12. I'm not permabanned, right? EA should really tell you how long you're banned for...
